2024-2025 Bay Bath #8: Six minutes. 30.9°F water. 21°F air. Walked 20 yards stomping through ice and wading through slush. The water quickly sapped my muscles. Since it was a new temperature for me and I’m alone, I got out early to set a benchmark. During the walk back, I realized my feet might have been in trouble if I’d stayed longer. The air temp was tough on my wet toes.
