Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR)

AI can dress and undress 3D humans

GALA can turn a single-layer clothed 3D human mesh and decompose it into complete multi-layered 3D assets. The outputs can then be combined with other assets to create new clothed human avatars with any pose.

splats will change everything, it’s like entering a live photograph. nobody modelled this in blender. it was shot with a handheld. reflections, lights etc aren’t post pro render effects, it’s all just in there.

This is unfreaking believable. I feel like I just ran through a real forest. By far the most realistic forest I’ve ever seen in VR. This 4090 is already doing wonders teamed up with UEVR and UE5.

This is truly stunning in VR. I’m literally speechless at what UE5 can do and even extremely thankful for UEVR to be able to experience them.
