Twelve years ago today. Meeting with Facebook at the original Palo Alto office. Signed Rori’s name on the wall (green ink toward the bottom left). This is when what we now call “the newsfeed” was still called “the wall.” Profile pages were destinations to explore, as opposed to the algorithm-driven front page that ruined civilization. Great conference room names though.
