This automated phone assistant is a bonkers. Simple AI app might be the ChatGPT moment for consumer agents. Everyone I’ve shown it to thinks it’s pretty impressive- from kids to adults. Seriously, I don’t think I will ever wait on the phone for customer service again. Once call centers and businesses connect to apps like this from the other direction, we’re going to get a lot of stuff done! Congratulations to Catheryn Li and Zach Kamran.
